We have lived in Spain for over 15 years and we have a lovely Villa with exceptional views but every now and again we find a property that just takes our breath away and words are hard to find.
Where to start? Ok, so it´s a fantastic Airbnb because each apartment is spacious and modern and wonderful and has views across the countryside to the mountains and appears to be in the middle of nowhere yet it is accessed by tarmac roads and is five minutes.
As a business, it is out on its own due to having a Tourist License and being able to advertise on Booking.com and Airbnb.com, by far the two biggest sites that attract millions of people to them. Bearing in mind there are three apartments built for rental, two-family sized and one smaller and all self-contained with the average price around 100€ per night it is easy to see how the business side not only pays for itself but has the potential to bring in a lot of money.
As you can see from the photos the Villa is imposing and stands proudly in a large plot with breath-taking views from everywhere. The pool area is just beautiful and has loads of terrace for sunbathing or relaxing and a shaded area provided by the lovely Pagoda.
The entrance to the Villa is stunning, a superb staircase takes you into the ground floor and immediately into a massive hallway with a spectacular staircase to the first floor where the apartments are.
To the left of the entrance is the Owners Living Quarters, a beautiful two bedroomed apartment with big open areas full of natural light and a superb lounge/diner/kitchen. It would be fair to call it luxurious living, it´s hard to take in how big it is.
The two bedrooms are spacious, the Master having a fabulous en-suite bathroom and there is also a second bathroom, again the rooms are full of natural light with stunning views from every window.
On the other side of the staircase is a massive lounge/diner for guests to use and for breakfast to be served if you are offering that. It´s another spectacular room even though each apartment has enough space for relaxing and dining this is such a great idea that brings people together. The Villa is currently scoring 9.6 (Exceptional) on Booking.com and the reviews with nearly everyone mentioned the cleanliness, the comforts and the scenery but, most importantly their intentions to return and the Owners have received numerous repeat rentals.
Upstairs to the apartments and the lovely almost circular landing again with incredible views and full of light. Each apartment lacks nothing and the accent is on high quality for the guests to enjoy. So many guests mention the comfortable beds, a key factor when renting.
There is an apartment to suit almost everyone and recently a party of 10 came and had a wonderful time. The Owners have established an agreement with a restaurant and this can be “rolled out” with tens of restaurants within a 15 kilometre radius and what a place for a Wedding Venue.
