Whether you have one property or several, we offer a range of services that can help you manage them effectively.

When you decide to let your home, your priority is to rent it quickly for the highest market price – so our job is to find you the right tenant.

To do that, we’ll make sure your home is presented in the best way possible; we’ll use our experience to produce well-presented particulars, complete with high quality internal and external photography and detailed floor plans. In addition we offer you the option of a video tour.

We advertise properties extensively in both the  local press and have a strong web presence through our own site and the leading national property portal of Rightmove

Operating on a no let no fee basis, we believe we offer an unrivalled Estate Agency Service to assist you with your let. In addition to which you have the comfort of dealing with a long standing member firm of the National Association of Estate Agents as well as being Office of Fair Trading Approved Members of the Ombudsman Scheme.

All of which means your home will be promoted in all the right places to reach the largest numbers of suitable, potential tenants – and greatly increasing your chances of renting.

Letting Only

With this level of service, we’ll arrange everything (including EPC, Gas safety and Electrical safety certificates if required) up to the point your tenant moves in. This includes references and drawing up the tenancy agreement. After that, you take over responsibility for managing your property.

Full Management 

If you simply haven’t the time or are unable to look after your rentals then we can oversee everything (including EPC, Gas safety and Electrical safety certificates if required) .

Included in this fully comprehensive service is moving your tenant in; references and drawing up the tenancy agreement, dealing with the utilities; periodically inspecting the property and reporting to you; dealing with all minor repairs and maintenance; administering the rent; serving notice if you require your property back; dealing with any repairs and arranging to return the deposit.
